GN Resounds Bemore app

Has anyone got any experience with Resounds Bemore app? Any feedback that’s positive or negative?

The BeMore app is used with Danalogic HAs. Danalogic is used as a brand name within the NHS (UK) for ReSound manufactured hearing aids.

The app looks identical to the Jabra EnhancePro app as the color is the same. It has the same release date (Mar 15 2024) as that app as well as the ReSound Smart 3D app.

The Jabra and ReSound apps are interchangeable on my Jabra Enhance Pro 20s. I assume the Danalogic HA app is the same.

Reviving this old thread to note that as of 22 March 2025 the BeMore app appears to support all GN HAs. It’s working fine with my Jabra Enhance Pro 20s. It looks identical to the Enhance Pro app I was using. The difference, though, is that the Enhance Pro app was running v1.37.1, last updated 25 Sept 2024, while the BeMore app is running v1.39.0, updated 17 Jan 2025. Auracast appears to be out of beta and the Direct Audio Streaming info has dropped its cautions about Android compatibility. Will it help stop my Pixel 8A from constantly dropping the left aid connection? Remains to be seen.

The Resound Smart 3D app also works with the Danalogic’s, most likely the Jabra Enhance Pro will also.

I use the ReSound Smart 3D app exclusively with my Jabra Enhance Pro 20s. I prefer the color and they are at the same version number. No difference in behavior.

Yes they all seem to work the same, Beltone also works with BeMore, interesting with the different firmware dates for each.

I’ve just picked up my new Bemore compatible hearing aids today. They are a big improvement on my old ones, but I have a few niggles. The sound quality of streamed music is awful, speech seems to be clipping slightly (a sort of sharp click), and spoken word (such as a news feed) seems to wander between mono and stereo and back to mono again. Are these things all normal and just part of getting used to them please?

I’m using a Samsung Z Flip 5.

Welcome to the forum, yeah your not the first to mention this situation, those are ReSound rebranded I believe, I have ReSound and don’t have any issues with streaming, now back to your issues, this is all something can would probably need to be sorted in the software for a permanent solution, when using your App do you notice any difference, not sure what the exact models you have, also LE audio is available in later models from Samsung, android 16 giving more direct control as well, so what Bluetooth profile are you using I wonder (ASHA?) that has a few issues reported by members as well.

Zflip 5 has Andorid 15 ui 7 , I have that phone and it works fine for me with the Jabra 20 and 30’s
it has LE audio and is very stable. You need to make sure LE audio is enabled in the bluetooth settings

Thanks for the replies. I’ll have a look at my Bluetooth settings first and see how it goes. Ixll pop back with the outcome.

Thanks again!

U had alook in the Bluetooth settings and couldn’t find any LE toggle, but I did find it mentioned, buried under Auracast. Switching on ‘improved connectivity’ has enabled stereo in the hearing aids. It has also helped the clipping a bit, although I think fixing that is going to require a second trip to Audiology. Hopefully they can fix the lack of bass too.
Thanks again for the pointers.
