I am new here and would need a download link for the Genie 2 Software in order to update my Oticon Connectclip. Could someone please help me?

Hi I too am new here. Also looking for a download link for Genie2 software to experiment with tweaking my Intent 1’s. Any help much appreciated. (I have just acquired a noahlink and windows PC, such a shame the noahlink won’t run on a mac !) Many thanks

Welcome to the forum, great your giving DIY a go, please be sure to research and read the user guides before starting your DIY projects as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, actually you can set a Mac OS up with bootcamp or some other virtual machine, but it doesn’t matter now that you have everything else, I’m sure you’ll be up and running in no time.

Thanks for this. I have read that although you can run Genie2 under parallells in mac the noahlink wont run on M1 apple machines as the drivers are not compatible ?

Noahlink isn’t supported on ARM based chips, however others on the forum found a workaround for this on Mac OS, it’s just easier to use an old windows laptop for programming.
