In the Genie2 software there is a “Data Log” section. The list shows different dates with the time of connection to each of them. Is it possible to retrieve the session for any of the dates, because it only allows me to see how long each session lasted?
Well I don’t use Oticon products, but if you want to load a session from a certain date, you click on that date and then click on “fitting” it loads that session I believe, I checked when I asked for the fitting report, it had the same date of that session date.
