Hi so i recently got the s24 pluse for the purposes of streaming straight to my hearing aid and it doesn’t work. My doc says i need a connect clip but that doesn’t sound right is there some sort of work around? What are we missing here something in the settings? I dont understand is it the phone or the hearing aid? Plz help oticon xceed bte 1 up

I did a quick Google search for Oticon Exceed Compatibility.
The results shows these aids to be compatible with iOS phones, not Android.
So your fitter is correct, you will need the Connect Clip to stream with your Android phone.
The Phonak Naida aids are compatible with that phone.

Think about buying new hearing aids, Xceed is already very old and unfortunately Oticon has not offered anything new. Maybe the new Naida will be what you want. by the way, I would recommend to wait for the new naida which would be based on Infinio Sphere (I hope).

Unfortunately im not in the position to pay for what i need i actually won the hearing aid from hearing life. I was nominated by someone they did a story on me kinda thing and they choose me out of several other people. It took a year of saving up to buy an upgraded phone
Yea i see i sent the model and a screen shot to fitter they said it would be good to go before i bought the phone it took a long time to save up for it
I have a new S16 5G that has some streaming issues. Possibly because both have Bluetooth 5.3 LE, A2DP instead of ASHA. Just starting to research it today.
