When my hearing aids are in the charger they flash yellow. What does that mean?
Also, I cannot seem to get the app to work either. It keeps flashing “connecting”, then it says “disconnected”.
Thanks

Which aids fo you have?
For Phonak - Unitron which I use. You have three colors as a battery status indicator. Red is up to 20%, Yellow is up to 80%, and Green is above that. When they are in the charger and flashing in any color, it means that the hearing aids are being charged. If is a green light on the charger that lights up continuously, it means that the battery is charged and charging has stopped.
Thanks, I have Phonak Audéo. When I put in the aids I cannot seem to connect to the app. It keeps flashing “connecting”, then it says “disconnected”.
Question: why are you trying to connect your aids to the myPhonak app when they are busy charging? I’m no techie, but I think you’d need to have the aids OUTSIDE of the charger for them to connect to the app.
Placing aids in their charging base takes them “offline” for checking their status on myPhonak or myRoger app, I’m pretty sure.
They are fully charged, out of the case and in my ear…that is when they are unable to connect.
What is the make and model of your phone?
Uninstall the app, the download again. Put the hearing aids on a table, and follow the directions on the app to pair.
Ah, GOT IT. I think Patpa’s advice is exactly what I would do. I think once your aids are correctly paired + connected to your cell phone, there should be an LE_ R or LE_L… appearing on the list of “connectable” devices on your phone?
