Downloaded and installed the updater on my Win PC, connected charger to PC via USB and updater cannot find the charger. Cannot find a way to rest the charger either.
Would appreciate any advise.

First what’s wrong with your charger, you say you can’t rest it?
What’s the new firmware for, I couldn’t see anything of substance on that webpage, but regardless did you follow the instructions exactly, does seem pretty straightforward, checked your cable and USB port?
some usb cables are charge ONLY … only have two wires … no data wires .

Apologies for taking so long to reply but have been travelling. Supposedly the firmware update fixes some issues. My charger works fine but figure would try the update. In regards to USB Port and Cable, definitely a data, the USB port and cable detects my S25 not just charging only, tried this on 2 different Windows PC’s too,
Definitely strange. Perhaps someone else can try updating their Phonak ChargerGo and advsie if it works.

I tried to install the software updater referenced in your post but was informed that there is a more current program available which was already installed. They must be referring to the software update program incorporated in Target. While the Target software/firmware recognized the Phonak Charger Case Go (for Lumity RL) it did not recognize the Phonak ChargerGo RICSPH I. I doubt that there are any updates for that charger yet.
@raylock1, Thank you for the reply. U did not realize there were 2 models of the Charger Go. The web page was not clear on that. I use the target software and Phonak RICSPH I works fine just like to keep everything up to date.
Nice that for the Spheres can update the firmware with the MYPhonak App when one comes out.
