Fingers in the ears

If i put my fingers in my ears with my More 1 and i can hear much better does that mean molds will do the same?

Me too.
Changed from open domes to closed domes. Big improvement

EDIT:
Now using Power Domes.
Still cursing the gall darn receivers on my Phonak Audeo Paradise P90R’s because the wax guards are a disaster.

NOTE:
Phonak have announced that we shall soon be able to use the old wax guards that really worked well for me.
They shall make a new receiver available. It uses the wonderful old waxguards I used with ease for over 10 years and I can’t wait to have my receivers changed! It likely will use the old domes too, but who knows.

Yes-ish. You may never get exactly the perfect, tight seal that you can get with your fingers. But generally, yes.

Take cotton balls & fit them in your ears behind your domes! Look ma No Hands!

As Neville added, with molds you can get close, but still do the cotton balls, too, and get that good seal.

Based on my experiences with More’s and custom molds the simple answer is yes!

My experience. Love my molds

Molds. My first experience was with a Widex in the ear hearing aid. It hurt! I have bad memories; lasted 10 years.

@mceach8 I appreciate that you have had better performance than I did.

@Neville
you always help so much! Sending a PM. Hope that’s ok.
