Hello, I have a question, if you change your system PC hardware and reinstall Starkey patient management and inspireX, how do I get back to the old database (patient database)? other asked how safe, do i export the patient database from the InspireX software. Thanks for information RSBerlin
Yes you can export your settings and then when you reinstall your new windows/harddrive you can then just import those settings, I’ve done similar with other software to a flash drive.
Hello, yes I thought so too, but I can’t find a menu item in the inspireX software where you can export the data
Ok that’s strange, what about from PatientBase, mentiones online backup of clients, maybe they do it differently from all the others, but I’m sure someone will come along and have the answers for you.
Yes, thank you, maybe someone has a description of how to back up the patient data in the inspire x software and how to restore it, maybe you can also back up the data or database from Windows, the software has to store the data locally somewhere in the windows system
The Patientbase Database is stored in
C:/ProgramData/Starkey Laboratories/Patientbase/Data_2019
In the Data_2019 folder you find
- PatientBase.mdf
- PatienBase_log.mdf
BackUp these two files
Note: ProgramData is a hidden folder
great, thank you very much for your help, that’s exactly what I was looking for, best regards RSBerlin
