Experience with Costco Jabra or Resound ITC/ITE Customs hearing aids?

In Costco today, I saw the “Jabra Customs” ITC (or ITE) hearing aids that looked VERY interesting. I cannot find any documentation about these. They appear to be similar to the Resound Customs. I think they may solve some of the issues I’m having with my current Phonak HAs.

Anyone have experience with either of these?

What problems are you having with Phonak?

Batteries wearing out. Cannot connect to my iPhone correctly - keeps dropping connection. Poor support. Needs to go back to my audiologist for upgrades. Nothing online. iPhone software poor - can’t connect to the HAs most of the time.
