Shout out for Tina Patton! Took a few visits and a lot of patience on her part to tweak and fine tune individual programs in my aids. The Phonak autosence just didn’t cut it for me. Having the REM plus specific programs and individually adjusted did the trick. Hearing better than in ages! Thanks Tina!

I live by the Sun City developments. There is an audi on every block! I drive 90 min to the other side of Phoenix and beyond for this lady.
Found her on hearing tracker. Left a message and she called me right back. Wears aids herself so she UNDERSTANDS!
My friend went to a chain, sold aids for almost twice as much, left with no follow up. Goodbye and good luck!
