Sorry to say that when I returned to the link for the PowerOne batteries, NOW they say on each card, ‘Child Resistant’. Glad I’ve been saving all the previous little wheels!
No cutting…..pull the paper backing off and flash a bic lighter on the bottom for a few seconds then pull the softened plastic apart with your fingers. The batteries will fall out. Store batteries separate
