Have bought 2 pairs of Eargo hearing aids, the first one lasted 1.5 years, the second lasted 13 months. They would not honor the warranty because it went over 1 month. Instead they gave me an option of spending $400 for a new ear piece, or upgrading. Why would I pay hundreds of dollars after 13 months when it became clear to me that their products don’t last the 3 years that they should. So, they choose to lose me as a client rather than send me the piece that would make them functional again. I am now with a company that has a 3 year warranty. All hearing companies advertise that they should last at least 3 years. Don’t waste your money on Eargo, THEY DONT LAST.
