I just started using Phonak Lyrics after many years of BTE’s, most recently Oticon Opn’s. Overall I love them. The one problem is no Bluetooth. Can anyone recommend earbuds that will work the Lyrics? Thanks.
Although Lyrics are supposed to be pretty deep in the canal, I would still be conservative with how deep Bluetooth earbuds go. Naturally you don’t want earbuds to accidentally push the Lyrics too deep. However, I don’t think most consumer earbuds go very deep anyway, so I don’t see any issues there. I think AirPods tend to be pretty shallow, at least in my ears anyway.

Rather than in the ear buds, can I suggest two alternatives, but they are not cheap and they are the opposite of noise cancelling (I use them for running and cycling).
Shokz OpenRun - bone conduction headphones that I use with both my glasses and my Phonak Lumity. I also use the OpenComm version for day long working on Teams.
Bose Ultra Open - clip to your outer ear with a speaker near your ear canal.
You can get cheaper generic versions of both but the battery life is generally poorer.
