Dumb question for updating my audiogram

I want to update my audiogram, but how do I tell the left from the right ear on my audiogram, ie, the circle and the x? Thank you!

X is left and O is right.

Found this from some site:

O or a triangle (possibly in red) is the result from your right ear measured with headphones (air conduction).
X or a square (possibly in blue) is the result from your left ear measured with headphones (air conduction).
S means the information is not ear-specific.
< or [ is the result from your right ear measured with bone conduction.

> or ] is the result from your left ear measured with bone conduction.

Thank you Zebras and X10! Simple enough.

Also, blue is left and red is right. So, blue x and red o.

No question is a dumb question, we have all had to learn and thankfully this forum is here to help

Yes, this forum is a godsend! There is so much to learn. I knew, of course, that, although it was a basic question, it probably wasn’t dumb. But thanks for the reminder.
