Domes, molds problem, question

Well, i did get molds and they both stay in now but not nearly as deep as my power domes. I went to 3 different audiologists and all three thought a 1 inch mold, starting at the ear opening, was a long mold.

I asked one, what if it was a ric mold that fit like an iic, or what if it started at the opening and ended where an iic ends. “Never heard of that” was the reply.

Thanks for reply. You asked good question about “like an IIC”. Yes, 1 inch mold is long. The examples of long molds (YMMV, you may be not anatomically elegible for that):

I’ve had zero issues with any of my Aids that have been Phonak in the last 30 years. I did however manage to break one of my NHS Aids for the very first time and now I’m one silver and one sand beige as that’s all they had. haha. [IMG_0378]
