Does anyone use antibacterial Hearing aid wipes?

Does anyone use antibacterial Hearing aid wipes? If so which ones ? Thanks

I just use baby wipes and then a glasses cloth.

Occasionally, I use alcohol wipes. Mostly, I clean the ear and canal with an equal mix of vinegar, alcohol, and witch hazel.

I’m new to hearing aids, but was told by audi to only use baby wipes for moist cleaning of hearing aids. I’d think that those have antibacterial properties in them.

We use Audiowipes around the office. They work great.

slightly damp cloth with a mild soap will have the same result. I just wipe my molds down with a dry cloth and put my aids in a dryer every night. Never have a problem.

YES. I use a small alcohol prep pad about once a week on my aids: the silicon double domes and the actual BTE unit. I’d used the same on my older ITE aids and never had a malfunction in 30 years of following this protocol. At night I park the aids in my Widex UV sanitizer. Being super active, I sweat a lot on trails and in the gym, so I figure an occasional swab is GOOD.

I buy these small alcohol prep pads either at any drug store or even at Amazon.com They measure about 1" square. Tiny.

I use alcohol wipes on just the domes. I remove them first. Then wipe the aids with a soft microfiber cloth. I don’t put any moisture on the aids. Also use a dryer with UV sanitizer.

Alcohol wipes are about $ 6 for a box of 200 here.
