Is there a way to have my audiologist change my fitting report to more closely match a custom program I have in the Myphonak app? I have to switch off autosense to put on this programming since I find it better in most situations. While it doesn’t bother me about having to switch it it’s more so about that I have to switch it constantly if I’m using Bluetooth or telecoil. How do I describe the changes to my audiologist?
O yes, using the Target program you (or your audiologist) can transpose these settings in the defaults. In fact, this is what the App was designed for.

Does this include the level of volume/sound of the program notifications like a phone call or the button presses?

Volume? Yes according to the link I provided.
Notifications? That’ll come through from the phone?
If you’re referring to the “beep” sounds, when programmes are swithching, I believe that is a separate setting in the software
