Does anyone know if Costco is still maintaining and updating their older KS9s when a patient gets a new audiogram? I just did a hearing test and in the last 4 years (at which time I got the KS9s) my high frequency hearing has deteriorated from mild/moderate to moderate/severe.
I had my hearing checked today at Costco, and she did update my KS9 with the new profile.
