I’ve picked up Costco”s Jabra hearing aids today. In working with them, it seems that I cannot have both my iPhone and my iPad connected to them simultaneously. If I’m listening to audio via Jabra from iPad when the iPhone rings, it seems I have to power down my iPad to disconnect it from the Jabra and then connect Jabra to the iPhone. Is there some way to avoid this? With my previous Kirkland 10 (made by Phonak), both were connected simultaneously.
No unfortunately not.
KS10 are Classic Bluetooth and your Jabra are Low Energy Bluetooth which is why the difference.

Should add, I have Low Energy Bluetooth Oticon Hearing Aids and I just have to turn Bluetooth off on iPad and then turn Bluetooth on, on iPhone. I don’t have to power down the iPad.

I’ll give it a try. Still an annoyance when answering a call.
