Costco Philips 9030 Adjustments - Locked?

Hello

My friend has some new Philips 9030 hearing aids from Costco. He’s interested in making some adjustments. The DIY school document has a public link for the Philips software, but says that Costco hearing aids used to be locked. It says that the newer models are not locked and I think probably Philips 9030 falls into that category, but I wanted to check before he invests in a Noahlink wireless - can anyone confirm that these hearing aids are unlocked?

Yep, no locked Costco hearing aids at this time. Here’s a snip from a DIY School (which you can easily access, just click my Avatar) fron the PDF file named (Costco Hearing Aid List);
