Costco KS 9 pairing problem

The myPhonak app stopped pairing with my R aid. I tried forget and then re-pair but only left works. I have tried reinstalling the app, when I start the pairing the app says R and L, pairs the left but not the right.
I get phone calls/notification sounds in my right ear so I assume it’s functioning.

Any thought or back to store?

I had this issue, once I had turned off Bluetooth and back on again, it found my LE R side.

I had tried forgetting and unpairing etc but nothing worked until I had actually turned the Bluetooth option off for a few seconds.

Have you deleted the old LE R and LE L options for the App and then try and repair/reconnect?

Yes, when I start the app both are listed under “Devices found” , then I click on Pairing and get red X.

i think it’s time to go back to Costco. When I reinstalled the app all of my settings were gone so that may be the root of the problem and I’ll need to get Costco to redo them.

I have to actually delete the LE options from the Bluetooth section of the phone before the App will re find them.

If I don’t delete them, the App ain’t re find them.

I did that too but still no luck. It took multiple tries to get the aids paired to the phone again,

Done!!! I finally decided one last try, rebooted my phone, opened the app, open and closed aids, and victory. I have no idea why but I don’t care.
I appreciate all of your suggestions, it kept me going and trying, many thanks,
