My Easy Line could not find my Paradise hearing aids to pair. Recently I saw some information about the Phonak iPhone app that said there was a recent upgrade that made Phonak Paradise hearing aids work much better with the Phonak app. So I deleted my current Easy Line app and then redownloaded it. The Easy Line app I found wanted me to start from the beginning to pair, link and operate my Costco hearing aids. I may be wrong, but I believe this was an important ks10 app upgrade. The new app stays connected to my hearing aids faster and stayed linked as I switched to other apps or take phone calls. I am not sure, but I think this may be an upgrade and is certainly worth trying. Please let me know if you noticed a change too. Thanks
I do believe the Easy Line App only works with Costco’s KS9/10 aids.If you want an app to work with your Phonak Paradise aids you would need the myPhonak app. Although both apps are similar it will not work if you have the wrong aids.

Thanks, I know what you’re saying is true, but I believe that my Easy Line app was updated by Phonak in a similar way to their Paradise. I deleted my Easy Line app and then downloaded what I believed to be an updated version. My old Easy Line app had constant trouble connecting and keeping with my KS10 aids. The new Easy Line app works much better than the older one I had been using.

But the two work very much the same. Hope this clarifies what I was trying to say, “Delete your Easy Line app and then download the Easy Line app.”
