Been wearing hearing aids for 10 years (Interton Avio 3’s) and just received the KS8’s. Really impressed so far.
I want to remove the plastic wing thingys, that hold the aids in place, but can’t figure out how to remove my tulip domes. I tried squeezing them and just pulling on them and can’t get them off.
Is there a trick to removing them? I don’t want to break my new aids and Costco is a 45 minute drive.

you need doom pack which contain at end in middle v shape for removing dooms you can not do by hand
The tool shown works, but you can also use your finger nails. Need to get them under both sides and pull (simulating tool) Best to do on a clean surface with good visibility in case you pop off the wax filter while you’re at it. (Don’t do on carpet 
)
I never used a tool. It clicks on pretty tight so it takes some force to pull it off.

I agree! I am active in a huge world wide online forum (9 million users, 30k online at any given time). Most users there not native English speakers, and all members learn to be very tolerant of spelling and grammar. Often spell checkers mess words up for other language speakers.

Possibly, but I think pretty minimal risk if you get your fingernails underneath the hard part.
