Costco Jabra Enhanced Pro vs Costco Rexton Reach

Returned my Jaba’s recently for repair. Loaners are Rexton’s Reach.
Trying to decide if I should return the Jabra’s and buy the Reachs.

Help me understand something about the software, please.
It seems I can permanently adjust the Reachs by myself. I lowered the volume to my own voice which seemed to improve on wife’s complaint that I talk loud. I raised the volume on “other voices”; I’m still evaluating that.

I then noticed that the Jabra software allowed me to return to prior adjustments made by the Costco fitter. But I don’t think Jabra offers the same self adjustments that the Reach software allows. Is this a correct understanding?

Your talking about the App right not the software?
You should give the Rexton a fair trial to see if you like them, they may well be the " better" ones for you.

The app one downloads to a cell phone. There’s one for Jabra and one for Rexton. What little I understand about them from looking is that the Rexton app seems more self-directed which I really like a lot. The Jabra app seems to hold onto changes made by the audi at Costco allow me to return to one fitting or another.
