If i look at my Apps and then EnhancePro mine shows 1.35.1
I assume one can update, if available, in the App Store
The only thing else I can say is if Costco isnât too far away stop in there and tell ask them to update the software to the version I have .
9.35.1.0 I had it done about a week ago.
They did it at Costco for me. I didnât even ask for it. They told me there was an update so they installed it
Are we talking about the app version or the aids version shown in SmartFit?
Isnt Online Services just where they adjust remotely? Did you update remotely with Costco?
Wonder why mine shows 1.35.1 if youâre at 9.35.1 and i was just at Costco a week ago? My Costco does kinda suck thoughâŚ
Maybe they didnât check the aids for a update. I asked what the update was for and the HA said they usually update when they fix issues that have been reported.
Maybe next time you can ask them to check for the update. I know they had to log into something on their computer.
They did the update on both aids one at a time so I donât think it was for the app
I just looked in SmartFit and its the aids software version, not the apps software version
Does smart fit allow you to update the software of the aids?
I have used it yet
Yes most manufacturers software will allow for this.
I looked at the EP 20 app in Apple App store. It showed âupdateâ option. I clicked and it did something, presumably a simple update. v. quick. Thanks for suggestions, above.
I know nothing about Smart Fit.
In response to an earlier post, I used the Jabra Pro 20 in a hands free mode using my Sansung S23 and BTLE audio. I returned it for other reasons, but at least the functionality is there.
Both the Jabra EnhancePro app and the ReSound Smart 3D app are now at version 1.37.0.
This is what it says:
This update includes general performance and stability improvements.
Added support for the new Multi-Mic+ wireless accessory.
My partner returned her newer Multi-Mic this week so we can get the Multi-Mic+ when it becomes available.
An HCP I talked to at Costco had heard of it but was not sure of when it would be available.
The current hearing aid firmware version is not changed âyetâ and is still at 9.18.1.2.
Thanks for letting us know, interesting to see that the App needed to update for the microphone +, will be good to hear what you think of the new multi microphone+ when you get it.
The Multi-Mic puts an additional line there too.
I believe the PhoneClip+ does as well though it does not appear to work with a Galaxy S23 and S24. You can use it to change volume and programs but not on calls.
Weâre you able to update with SmartFit
Hmm, my firmware is 9.35.1.1 and is still giving me bluetooth problems. I am almost ready to return them. I keep hoping that phone calls will work better and that bluetooth streaming from my phone will go properly to both ears.
I donât have a Samsung A23 yet. Still Galaxy S10.
Streaming works but no tap control. My big issue with the Jabra Enhance pro 20 is the is streaminfg internal sound/ external sound volume controls.
If Iâm in noisy environments I want the external sound low (so i can hear book while mowing with electric mower. i have to open the app to make the surroundings volume adjustment.
When I pause the book I need to open the HA app again to turn up the HA volume. Somehow Jabra linked the two separate controls as one.
Real pain in the (r)ear. My Kirkland (phonak) KS10 were smarter than that. With the KS10 the vol. toggle on the HA becomes a fader between streaming and external sound. When streaming stops normal volume is restored. How smart!
Returning the JABRA enhanced pro 20 and try the philips.
I also have the enhance pro 20. My firmware for the 9.18.1.2. I tried to update the firmware using the firmware update on the app and it says I have the most recent app. I guess the app doesnât work as promised. Will take them into Costco to see what the story is. I am having major problems with Bluetooth connectivity. I was waiting for the new android version for my Samsung 23 ultra which is due out any day but maybe the problem is with the firmware. Thanks for your posting.
How is that a joke? It looks like good service to me. Theyâll give you your money back, and you can seek help from someone else. If they canât satisfy you, they canât satisfy you. Why waste more time and energy - theirs and yours - in an endeavor thatâs bound to fail?
