Costco 180 day return policy

We bought the Jabra EP 20 for my father last March.
He passed away last week.
There are, literally, a couple days left on the 180 day return deadline.
Does anybody know if Costco will refund a return due to passing away of the client?

They will refund the purchase for any or no reason during the 180 day period.

I believe they’ll refund for any reason within the 180 days.

Thanks guys.
Does anybody know if I need to take them to the Costco Hearing Aid Center? Or is there just a general Costco-Returns counter that can process the return?
Anything else I should know?

In my case, I had to make an appointment for the return with the hearing aid center. There is a lot of internal paperwork that they do for themselves. You do not have to go to the same store your father bought them, you can handle the return at any Costco that has a hearing aid center.

Refund for anything withon 180 days.
Get in there tomorrow before the long weekend.
