This is quite subjective, really it’s something only you will know, as in, you’ll need to try a few different formulas to know for sure, which ones have you tried? NAL -1 and 2 are the most popular choice, the NAL- R formula/rationale is linear.

Sorry been 9 months I check on here I tried nal1 and 2 but I tried dsl v5 formula basically I gave up trying to program my hearing aid starkey livia AI I tried 40 db ric and different type open ear dome I think starkey hearing aid sucks as quality in my opinion I have been doing uber eats delivery only job I can get do to my cookie bite hearing loss gas price are so expensive I cannot save up for a new hearing aid.
