Hi all,
I see many here asking for help with a problem. I’m offering a solution I found that may help you.
My Windows (11) laptop is paired with both my Phonak Infineo and Apple iPods. Every few minutes audio would drop, and often either Phonak or iPods would return to “Not connected” in Settings, Bluetooth & devices > devices > Bluetooth > Audio. This would drive me nuts while attempting to listen to YouTube et al.
I’m a Microsoft specialist, so had to get to the bottom of this and eventually found that someone had solved my issue. Long story short, Windows was turning off the Bluetooth adapter to save power without asking or notification! I unchecked this and my problems vanished.
I stress this is not a solution I developed, but who cares! Here’s the clearest link I found.
Changing Bluetooth Power Management Settings
YMMV, but it worked for me - and technically made sense!
