As a registered provider, can you not get the Connexx software and the Target software from the manufacturers?
The Rexton BiCore is exactly like the Signia AX7 and I can’t make any adjustments either. The neural net program that they both use makes changes based on a limited set of questions that don’t usually conform to the actual issue. Then they make a change and want to know right that minute if you want to keep it, lol. How the heck would I know without trying it out. I sure wish Rexton/Signia would update their app to let users make tweaks on the fly like most HA. The neural net is like a black box and all the tech my BiCores is hidden and wasted. I would have to go back to my provider every day or so for weeks to do the tweaks I could easily do myself!
Oh if you try to make a comment on their site, you get zero acknowledgement that it was sent. Sort of like their app philosophy of keeping the users in the dark, lol.
I recently bought Signia AX - performance level 2, I have a high-frequency loss and on some frequency, I am hearing whistling sound .My Audiologist advised to change or block the volume from a certain higher frequency.
He planned to block from 4000 Hz, but I want to block frequency only that hurt my ear.

Sure, but sounds like a feedback issue,no need to block frequencies, but anyways if you want to DIY then you’ll also need the Noahlink wireless programming device, check your private messages.
