My father has Audio Service G6-4 Mood Li-Ion RIC 60 hearing aids. According to my research, Connexx 9 in conjunction with NoahLink is required for customization. Is it the same Connexx 9 as the Signia hearing aids?
If yes, can someone send me the link for Connexx 9. I already have NoahLink wireless because I use it to optimize my own Phonak.

Hi there, yes I believe you need Audio Service flavoured version of Connexx and the Noahlink wireless.
