Connecting Signia Pure Charge&Go 7Nx to Windows 10 laptop

Any ideas on how to connect my Signia Charge n Go 7Nx’s to my windows 10 laptop?
I can’t even get Windows 10 to see them in order to pair them.

I think your will need an intermediate device. I don’t know Signia well, but typically there will be a microphone device that will perform go-between duties for your computer to your aids.

Windows and Signia use different types of
Bluetooth. That is why Windows can’t see them.

Windows uses Classic Bluetooth.

Signia uses Low Energy Bluetooth or MFi Bluetooth.

Are here any hearing aids that can do both types of Bluetooth?

Phonak Paradise uses Classic Bluetooth.

I have utilized the Signia TV adapter to stream audio from a PC to Pure NX 7’s. No mic audio, only audio from PC to devices.
