Hi - my NHS trust has started issuing Signia Stretta HP hearing aids and I have been advised that to connect the hearing aids bluetooth to my Android phone or Windows laptop I would need a Signia Streamline Mic, though to iPhone/iPad the hearing aid bluetooth ‘just’ connects.
Anyone aware of an alternate ‘simple’ hack to this: an inexpensive way to connect these ‘made for iPhone’ hearing aids to Android and Windows?
No way of connecting as your Aids use Low Energy Bluetooth which works with iPhones.
Windows need Classic Bluetooth so your Aids have the wrong type of Bluetooth.

If the above is correct re Bluetooth, maybe you could ask for another option (unless they only do that model under your NHS arrangement)?
