I just got my new Costco Jabra hearing aids and I’m trying to connect my resound 2 TV streamers to the app. I’ve tried a few different ways in the app and I did a search on the forums. I don’t know how but I got one out of three to connect and I cannot get the other two to connect. I have tried this for hours now. I am hoping I don’t have to buy a TV streamer + I tried putting the hearing aids in the charger and restarting my phone also. thank you so much for any help.
Hi there, so you to connect to your HAs, as in your pair to your HAs, you need to push the paring button on the back of the TV streamer, once for the first one, and on the second TV streamer you push twice, you have to put HAs in pairing mode by turning on, you only get 2min to do it otherwise you need do it all over again.
I just tried what you said. I tried channel 2 and three and could not get it to connect. Thank you.
Well your not doing something right, have you seen this YouTube video and you’ve followed it, it’s all pretty straightforward in most cases.
So I finally got them to connect. So on the iPhone, what you have to do is close the app. Shut off your hearing aids by holding the button down for four seconds. Then put the TV streamer to and whatever pairing channel you wanna use push once for a twice for B and three times for C. Once you selected what channel you want to program, restart your hearing aids by holding the button down for three seconds on each hearing aid. After it restarts go into your iPhone under accessibility and look under Hearing and select your hearing aids at the top and then you should be able to see if it’s connected Under your programs Once you see that it’s connected there then you can restart the app and then it will show up in the app. I was trying to do it with the app itself, and it would not work on the TV streamer 2
