Hello, I have hearing aids from amplifon, ampli-energy r5 pr r. According to the acoustician, these should be identical to oticon real 1. I have now tried to connect this with the Genie 2 software (G23.2_21.20.44.0) and the Noahlink. The software and adapters appear to be connected correctly, Genie 2 also updated the Noahlink, but no hearing aids are found. I have already read the DIY School Guide and it also writes about rebranding. Installation codes are also written there to integrate other devices. Is something like that needed here? Or are there other ways to connect software and hearing aids? Where is the mistake, what am I not doing right?
