I am currently using the Oticon Intent HA with double vented domes. I wonder if there are other brands that are compatible with this oticon miniFit detect speakers.
Specifically looking for vented domes or tips like the widex vented sleeves.

The true answer is use the domes that your audiologist has said to use as they were chosen to best benefit your hearing needs. But my if you have severe to profound hearing loss you more than likely would be better served with custom ear molds
You’ll find that they’ll be common to most aids/receivers that fit the Cerustop wax traps.
That puts you in the frame for Sonova (non cerusheild), GN, DeMant and some others like Widex.
Depends on your actual loss, but one of my current favourites are the GN Grey Tulip style: greater fitting flexibility than most round domes due to the oval tips, seal is good without too much occlusion.
I too have Oticon Intents, and my audiologist put me in Connexx vented domes by Signia. They are comfortable and easy to use. Not sure why she chose them over Oticon ones, but I’ll ask at the next followup.
