I have a pair of hearing aids buyed to Alain Aleleflou. Your denominación is INCOGNITO IC 8 G5 RIC LI and I know them are Signia but I can’t to find Signia’s denominación.

I’d say they’re Signia Xperience models, release date says 2020 for your INCOGNITO IC 8, they’re most likely locked, but you can try connecting them to Connexx software, you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.
Thank you tenkan for your answer and for the link to the software. Tomorrow installed it and see if I can connect directly. My audiologist tells me he uses this version so I hope I don’t need to use the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.

Unfortunately this won’t be possible, you’ll definitely need a programming device to activate the connection between HAs and Connexx.
