My Opn S aids are sensitive to moisture. I did a lot of walking last summer around sunset when it was still 100 degrees. I’d walk a few miles and partway through my walk the left hearing aid would suddenly stop working. No error tones- just dead. When i got home and cooled off, the hearing aid came back to life.
This also happened to me a few weeks ago after doing close to an hour on the treadmill in an air conditionef gym.
I like the poster’s idea and will do that too when i eventually replace these hearing aids.
