Cheaper alternatives to Roger?

Thank you very much for the wonderful photos. Hope one day the HA’s will directly be connected to the “Boya” with the Phonak device. It saves all the hassle.

Have a nice day ahead.

Indeed so. The dream ticket for users who don’t need more than a 10 m bluetooth range would be a receiver Bluetooth transmit capacity so you’d not need to buy the Roger.

Roger’s own Clip-On Mic systems (pictured) would probably be ideal for this were it not that they cost £300 each (current eBay going rate).

Also, be mindful that the Boya is not the only system out there. I chose it for price, number of mikes, battery life and reviews as shown on Amazon UK. I was very tempted by the Hollyland Lark system that has tiny transmitter mikes weighing just 9 grams, up to 10 hours of battery life (I always knock a third off such claims) and an astonishing. 300 metre range. However they only do 1 or 2 microphone options, the latter (M2 model) currently at £129. So do match what’s out there to your needs, and not necessarily follow me. Be mindful also that there may be other ways of doing this that I in my amateurism have not discovered. But what I’ve got seems to work. Lastly, the price I got (about £128) was when I had Amazon prime for a short period. My prime expired yesterday and I see the lowest price is now back up to £159 for the 4-mike option.

I have seen some gadgets connecting to mobile phone (1st photo) and the sound goes directly into the headphone hang round the neck. The video shows the person was singing to the music from the mobile phone. Like karaoke.
