Hello. I have a question for those who have a Widex Moment hearing aid with charging station or a Phonak Audéo Sphere hearing aid with charging station. I only wear a hearing aid in one ear - left. Does the charging station only work with one hearing aid? My audiologist told me that for example the Widex charging station only charges if two hearing aids are placed in the charging station. If only one hearing aid is placed, it does not charge. I apologize for any mistakes in expression, I am not a native English speaker.

Ok. I wear Starkey Edge AI.
I wear two aids.
I just put my right aid in the charger by itself.
It started charging, no problem.
I find it difficult to believe that the Windex charger or a Phonak charger would not charge just one aid.
They are people who wear only one rechargeable aid.
I’ve never read a complaint that the charger would not charge one aid.
