If you want to alter the volume when streaming from the iPhone, is it better to do this via the HA app or the iPhone buttons, whether Oticon or Phonak?

I always used the volume buttons on my phone to change the streaming volume from the phone

On Androids there is the ability to change the volume with the streaming app as well. For instance Spotify comes in really hot so I use its volume control to tune it down to about 50%. Then the volume control on the phone works much better. Otherwise I find it hard to turn the volume down to soft volumes in small steps.
