Just a guess, but I would suspect the problem is in the firmware of the Rexton Smart Remote. Not sure if one could update the firmware to the Signia version?
Do you have a smartphone that you could download the free Signia app to do the remote functions? I initially used an old smartphone that did not even have a SIM card in it, and just used it as a remote control for my KS8 HA’s.
Yes i am using the SIgnia app with success thankfully. However, it takes a while to unlock phone, open app and make the adjustment. I wouldn’t know how to update the firmware of the Rexton Smart remote but i’ll take a look. Thanks for the suggestion.
