Can the Phonak Naída M70-SP be used with two Apple IOS devices?

Hi, this will be my first post, so Hi to everyone.

My question is can the Phonax Naída M70-SP be used with two Apple IOS devices?

To be more specific for everyday use I have my hearing aids paired with my iPhone 15 Pro Max, though I would like the option of also pairing with my 5th generation iPad Pro.

I use the latest IOS operating system.

Look forward to hearing from you guys, if you can help.

Best regards,

Graham (Grabraz).

Yes you can pair them to the iPad but you have to turn Bluetooth off on iPhone for it to work.

M70 can pair to two devices but only connect to one at a time.

Thank you Zebras for confirming what I thought.

My apologies for not replying before now? But haven’t been very well today.

I did try this morning with the Ipad after switching off the iPhones Bluetooth but although the (pretty useless) Phonax app connected, I could not get any of the other apps like YouTube and Apple Music to stream to my hearing aids

I’ll try again tomorrow but am at a loss to know why it won’t stream!

Thanks again for your reply

Best regards, Graham.

you are missing the audio streaming device of the Phonak aids. So you first need to make shure that you have the third bluetooth device from the phonak hearing aids paired with your iPad. So please perfor a new pairing with the hearing aids. But keep and not delete the two LE-R and LE-L bluetooth devices for the MyPhonak app.

Switch the aids OFF and ON again and on the iPad instantly switch bluetooth on. Then the iPad perform a search with bluetooth for new devices. Tap the new found bluetooth device and accept/pair this device.

Good morning Firenzel,

Thank you for responding to my question.

It sort of confirmed my thoughts, so after deleting and reinstalling the (awful) Phonak app, I followed your advice to the letter.

As a result, success, I a can now stream to my iPad!

Thank you again for your assistance :+1:.

Best regards,

Graham.
