Can Oticon More and Oticon Opn connect to Garmin smartwatches?

Can Oticon Bluetooth-enabled hearing aids connect to Garmin smartwatches?

Oticon (More, OPN, etc.) uses Bluetooth 5.0 and on their website Garmin isn’t listed. They list by smartphone OS - iPhone and Android. Garmin isn’t able to tell me what Bluetooth protocol they use. I’m guessing these two are not compatibility, but wanted to confirm if anyone has tried? I’m specifically interested in the Venu 2s, but I expect Garmin would use the same Bluetooth protocol for all their smartwatches and fitness watches.

Only by the time at of the connect clip

I can connect to Garmin through the Connect Clip? I have that device! That could work.

I can connect my Garmin watch with my Phonak ComPilot so I would say your ConnectClip would work as they do the same thing.

The thing is, the Phonak hearing aids are able to connect to all bluetooth devices straight out of the box, what is known as “Bluetooth Classic”. On the other hand, (almost) all Oticon hearing aids use the MFI (Made For iPhone)/AASHA (Android Audio Streaming Hearing Aids) protocol.

So simple answer, it would only work with a ConnectClip.
