Can Jabra Enhance Pro 20 batteries be changed if they ever need to be?
I was told by a Jabra specialist that the OTC Jabra Enhance Select 300 batteries cannot ever be changed.
If Pro 20s can’t I will take more steps to maximize their life to extend end of live for the Pro 20.
My Costco specialist says that they can, but have to be sent back to the manufacturer.
I believe Costco has to send them in to get batteries replaced. I also read somewhere here that if you take them in right before the warranty ends that sometimes Costco will send them in for replacement.
Someone else here would have more accurate information on that than I do.
