Does anyone know if it is legal/ethical to sell used but good condition Hearing Aids supplied by the VA?

Donate them, I’m sure someone would appreciate them. I think the VA expects you to have your primary aids and your previous aids as backup/spares.

You own them so do with them as you wish.
Is it legal: Sure you own them.
Is it ethical: Hmmm, that is questionable. I guess it’s up to you.
I asked the audi chief at my clinic what I should do with my old aids.
Her response was to keep the previous pair for backups as @Morgan1946 said, and bring in the older ones, because there are vets who still have their old HAs, and the spare parts can be resourced.
