Can I reset a oticon connectline streamer pro?

I use an Oticon Connectline Streamer pro to stream music etc from my phone to my hearing aids. It has worked flawlessly for well over a year.

Today, I am unable to switch it on. If I try, all lights flash 3 times, then a pause and repeated a further four times.

My questions are:

  1. Is there a “reset” button to return the streamer pro to its factory settings?
  2. is there any way I can contact oticon online to get support for this, I am unable to phone them as I am in Africa at the moment.

I don’t know if it’s the same but with Phonak, you can reset their streamers via the software.

Hope you can figure something out to get it working again.

I have a very vague memory of this light sequence not meaning anything intuitively obvious. It is not in the manual. Have your cleared the pairing of the phone and the streamer and started over?
