I use an Oticon Connectline Streamer pro to stream music etc from my phone to my hearing aids. It has worked flawlessly for well over a year.
Today, I am unable to switch it on. If I try, all lights flash 3 times, then a pause and repeated a further four times.
My questions are:
- Is there a “reset” button to return the streamer pro to its factory settings?
- is there any way I can contact oticon online to get support for this, I am unable to phone them as I am in Africa at the moment.
