After receiving an invoice for a sum of $28 more then displayed price I immediately requested to cancel my order. This was rejected!
Beware if you want to buy anything there, you might first send them email asking for confirmation of price and total cost. This company has been reported to Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre

I placed an order for a camera today from Aliexpress for ÂŁ4. Been buying from them for years and never had a problem canceling the order before shipping, also never regretted a purchase. There are certain items I would not buy from them like smart phones, but great for tools and general hardware.

I totally recommend AliExpress for this kind of product as well.
When buying an ear camera make sure it has a built-in gyroscope. This is required so that the picture on your phone has the correct up/down orientation.
Without it it’s very hard to make sense of what you are seeing.

unfortunately I had BIG troubles with them on two occasions, one they did not ship the item and second time they sent wrong item and it took long time to resolve dispute

That’s unfortunate. I’ve ordered dozens of times and overwhelmingly it has been good.
I ordered one of these ridiculously cheap WiFi otoscopes from AliExpress.
I do not recommend it for cleaning (there are devices that pump tepid water in your ears for that), but they can definitely show that you have earwax sitting on your eardrum, affecting your hearing.
AliExpress is quite reliable imho. Shipping is cheap (free for purchases over 10$), even if quite slow. Sometimes (well… fairly often) you get an item that doesn’t work, and you’ll get your money back, even if return procedures are a bit byzantine. You need to read the item descriptions with great care (e.g., “EU shoe sizes”, or “XXL” ain’t, look for length measurements), but they don’t lie.
Up to orders around 50$ I fully trust them, and nothing beats their huge selection of items.
Just feel a bit guilty about cutting out local merchants…

If you paid with a credit card, notify your card company. they will give you a refund.
