I have a Phonak Compilot II that just shows two rapidly flashing orange lights.
I have the phonak target software and when connect it to the software it’s recognised but when try a factory reset it shows the following screen.
Any suggestions about how to resurrect it?
unfortunately, you can’t. I had almost 4 compilots and in my opinion they were of very poor quality and prone to breakdowns. Try to find others on ebay, they are not expensive as there are some dealers who want to get rid of old stock that has not been sold or used compilot.
I have a compilot 1 in the drawer but I don’t think it is compatible with your hearing aids. I would give it away for free if anyone needs it.
