Bluetooth connection with hearing aids

i am using a Samsung Galaxy S20 F and TruHearing aids

what is the difference between the 2 hearing aid settings (this is in the “media output” screen)? how can i kept the phone from changing the settings from phone to hearing aids and vice versa on “its own”?

I have the Samsung S23 and the Oticon INTENT aids. My connection is Bluetooth le audio. My aids are always connected and using my aids. That is just what I need.
