Bluetooth connection problem

I have just bought a Xiaomi 15T Pro mobile with Bluetooth 6.0. I am having problems getting it to successfully connect to my Signia C&G hearing aids. When I select Settings/Bluetooth it does not recognise my Hearing Aids, but does recognise my laptop(!!) When I activate my Signia app it does not detect my Hearing Aids, which I assume is because my Bluetooth settings do not detect my Hearing Aids. I would appreciate any help/advice.

Which C&G have you got?

Also don’t forget to put your HAs in pairing mode, could as simple as this, as your Xiaomi 15T Pro has just about every Bluetooth codec!

Ok so you need to put them in pairing mode to get them to show up in the App and bluetooth settings of your phone, so put them in the charger and then remove them to do this, then try connecting, do it quickly otherwise you’ll get timed out after a few minutes.

I put the Aids in the charger and placed the phone right next to the charger(!!). The Settings/Bluetooth did pick up the Hearing Aids(saved) But the Signia app still did not find the Aids . I have taken two photos but not sure how to send them to you. Apologies.

You’ve taken them out of the charger and tried pairing in that immediate couple minutes? Pairing mode starts after power up and lasts only a few minutes for most BT hearing aids.

To pair mine (7IX) I put them right on my phone the first time and it quickly found them. Now I just hold the phone in front of my face since it found them once and remembers them. However; the first time I just put them in the charger, took them out and put them on the phone AFTER telling the phone to find BT devices. It was quck. BTW…did you recieve any directions on this with your HAs…I also think the app can help you with directions as well. Mine did.
